How far in advance should I place my order? We recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance to ensure we can source the freshest ingredients for your boards. If you need a last-minute order (less than 24 hours), please reach out by phone or text at (847) 532-5530, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Do you accommodate special requests? Absolutely! Our boards are custom curated to fit dietary preferences and allergy needs. However, please note that we are not a nut, soy, dairy, or gluten-free kitchen and cannot guarantee an environment free from cross-contamination. What is your cancellation policy? We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled fulfillment time, we will refund 50% of the total amount.
